Colmore Capital expands asset management team with the appointment of Sam McDonald

Regionally focused operating partner, Colmore Capital, has further bolstered its asset management capabilities with the appointment of Sam McDonald as Asset Manager.

Sam brings a wealth of property asset management experience to the role, supporting the delivery of business plans for commercial real estate assets within Colmore Capital’s portfolio. He will also contribute to underwriting and appraisal activities for new acquisition opportunities, working closely with the investment team.

Prior to joining Colmore Capital, Sam, a qualified chartered surveyor, worked at national real estate consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton, where he specialised in property asset management. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, equipping him with strong analytical and commercial real estate expertise.
