We are delighted to announce that Trek Bicycle has made The Park MK their new UK HQ! Morgan Lovell has been on-site since December refurbishing Victory South, where we have created a new 15,000 sq ft EPC A workspace for Trek, which completed on the 1^st April 2024. Following terms only being agreed in November 2023, the deal required an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach in order to meet ambitious timescales, which also included the CAT A and CAT B fit-out works being delivered under a single contract, which was managed by Colliers.
